Where We Ship
We currently ship to the following locations:
- Qatar (All areas including Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Al Khor, Lusail, and surrounding regions)
- GCC Countries – Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman
- International – Select countries worldwide
Processing Time
All Lumina Leathers products are carefully inspected and packed before dispatch.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order anytime by visiting our Track Order page:

If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
Lumina Leathers is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We package all orders carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may reattempt delivery or hold the parcel at a local facility. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct when placing your order.
Handcrafted Products – Special Note
Many of our products — especially our Moroccan sandals and handcrafted leather goods — are made by skilled artisans using age-old techniques. Some items may show slight irregularities or asymmetry. This is not a defect — it is a mark of authentic handcraftsmanship and a guarantee that your product has been individually crafted.
